As VP of Sales for Perceptyx, Greg is responsible for developing and designing highly customized survey solutions for our clients, as well as managing key client relationships. Prior to joining Perceptyx, Greg has enjoyed a successful career in sales for over 25 years. He began his career designing solutions for clients with Xerox, and then Océ USA, winning numerous national awards. Greg received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from California State University, Long Beach, where he also earned a Teaching Credential. Greg resides in Temecula California with his wife and holds the distinction of completing 13.5 rounds of golf in 12-hours to raise funds for a local charity.
VP, Business Development
Andy joined the Perceptyx team in 2008, coming from a diverse business development background in the areas of corporate banking, finance, industrial engineering, and telecommunications. As VP of Business Development, he is responsible for establishing new business relationships and providing account management and direction for Perceptyx clients. Andy studied Organizational Leadership at Biola University and is pursuing a graduate degree in the same field.
VP, Client Services
Christy brings to Perceptyx a unique customer perspective as well as significant business development and human resources experience. With a combination of corporate human resource background at organizations such as Allstate Insurance Company, HSBC and Sallie Mae, combined with more than 20 years of nonprofit management and employee research leadership experience, she supports client acquisition initiatives and consults with clients on diverse employee survey programs.

Chad Tonniges brings to Perceptyx 22 years of experience in the engagement consulting business. Chad’s strategic expertise and passion for our business make him a natural fit for our client partners. He has consulted with dozens of organizations globally across all major industry verticals. His role at Perceptyx is to serve customers in all related aspects of employee lifecycle survey research including instrument design, administration, real-time reporting/analytics, behavior change, and linking survey results to business outcomes.
Prior to joining Perceptyx, Chad served as a Director of Smarter Workforce at IBM and enjoyed 18 years as Partner within the Global Survey Practice at Kenexa. His innate capacity to build relationships quickly and gain customer trust make him one of the most respected leaders in the Industry. He holds a B.S. in Business from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska.
VP, Strategic Sales and Services
Linda Strange brings over 30 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Organizational Development to her role of VP, Strategic Sales and Services with Perceptyx, where she is responsible for building the organizational footprint and acting as the primary interface between the Perceptyx Project Team and her Client’s Survey and HR Leadership teams.
In a 21 year career with The Hershey Company, she held several Field and Home Office Sales and Marketing Roles as well as that of Manager, Sales Training and Director, Sales Human Resources. In that role, Linda led two Employee Engagement deployments as part of the initial survey design team and also as a coach to HRBPs and business leaders on applying organizational results.
For the last ten years, Linda has worked as an independent OD consultant, executive coach, workshop facilitator, and employee engagement partner. This has allowed her to expand her focus and build expertise across industries and subject matter, thus enhancing her ability to partner with her Perceptyx clients in many ways.
