Dan Harrison, PhD

Principal Consultant

Approaching 15 years of experience as a talent management consultant, Dr Dan Harrison offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Dan purposefully designed his career to achieve a balance between internal and external roles. His practical nous as an internal HR specialist, is backed through the breadth that comes as a senior external consultant.

Dan holds multiple accreditations and expertise in: a) measurement and research (e.g., talent assessment, 360-degree feedback, interviews, focus groups, and organizational surveys), b) workshop facilitation, c) career development and d) change management.

Dan holds a PhD in Psychology (Organizational) and a Bachelor of Social Science with Honors. The focus of his PhD was on strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and career development.

Dan has received numerous grants, awards and prizes for his dedication to Human Resource consulting and outstanding academic performance (e.g., top of class awards, Dean’s list for outstanding grades, and the Australia Psychological Society prize for a first placed honors degree etc.).

Scott Diehl

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Scott oversees the creation and development of all online and printed marketing materials and campaigns. Scott has a long-held passion for design, whether it involves dreaming up concepts with his team, or working on pixel-level details in Photoshop. When he he is not staring at a computer screen, Scott enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Heidi and his two amazing kids. Scott holds a BA in Media Computing from UC San Diego.
